Yes, you can. Even if you don't use other services from K-GoodsShop, you can still use K-GoodsShop ship service.
Can I send items purchased from
overseas to K-GoodsShop?
Yes, you can. You can send items purchased from overseas to K-GoodsShop and then have them forwarded to another destination (either overseas or within Korea). However, please note that all items imported from overseas are subject to customs clearance procedures. During this process, customs duties may be imposed.
When can I check the shipping
fee?
Upon receiving your shipping request, K-GoodsShop shipping team will proceed with packing the items as per your request. Once packing is complete, the shipping fees of all available partner couriers will be updated. Typically, you can check the updated shipping fee details within 5 business days from the date you submitted your ship service request. However, if the item is too large in weight or volume or has many additional ship service requests, it may take a few more days to update the shipping fees.
Can I compare shipping fees by
courier?
